I have practiced in the mental health field for over twenty-five years. This has included managing a day hospital and providing cognitive behaviour therapy to adults and young people overcoming addiction, providing specialist assessment and therapy programmes to children and families within an NHS CAMHS team and more recently providing psychological therapy for adults and young people presenting with depression and/or a range of anxiety problems. I have extensive experience and expertise working with children, young people and adults with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression and addiction
